I, the undersigned, hereby grant Upon This Rock Ministries (UTRM) permission to use my likeness in photographs and/or video recordings taken during UTRM events. I understand that these images may be used in church publications, promotional materials, social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels.
By signing below, I agree to the following:
I consent to UTRM using photographs and/or video footage of myself and/or my minor children for promotional/marketing purposes, including but not limited to print and digital media.
I understand that these photos/videos may be edited, copied, exhibited, or published, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product in which my likeness appears.
I acknowledge that I will not receive any form of compensation for the use of these images or videos.
I understand that my consent is voluntary and that I can withdraw my consent at any time by notifying UTRM in writing. However, I acknowledge that once the photos/videos have been published, UTRM cannot retract or remove previously published content.
